"The Aruá Lake" emerged as my second solo publication, inspired by a transformative journey to Mata de São João, nestled on the Bahian coast, with a group of cherished friends. We turned to Catarse to bring this vision to life, and thanks to the incredible support of our community, we exceeded our funding goal by a remarkable 20%.
As a token of our appreciation, each supporter received a copy of the book accompanied by a selection of exclusive gifts, such as beautifully printed postcards, unique door signs, and captivating posters.

SYnopsis
A weekend in a house by a lake was all those young people needed. A place where they could appreciate the beauty and tranquility of a good environment. But Aruá Lake certainly doesn't fit that concept.
Surrounded by mysteries, from its construction to cases of murders and mysterious disappearances, the area has its own way of causing fear and scaring those who visit it. And through strange events, seven young people will discover that, just like the most beautiful places, Aruá Lake has its own magic, but that's not always a good thing.
