The campaign aimed to amplify and celebrate the role of women in sports and at Petrobras. We featured testimonials from women who are making a difference within the company, from working in refineries to leading mentorship programs. We also invited Ana Beatriz, a Ferroviária athlete, and Edna Alves, a two-time FIFA referee representing Brazil in World Cups, to share their experiences as women in football.
